DON'T GO SEE IT!!!

I was totally disappointed by this movie. I thought it was gonna be pretty cool and bad arse, but i was dead wrong. The movie is full of awkward moments, pointless shots, a lot of boring driving, and very little action. I just wanted to warn you guys not to waste your money.

the preview kinda struck me as a drama.... which would mean, not action.

Add the last exorcism to that list. The ending to that movie... It was hysterical how the theater reacted the same. Even though it was like 25 people, everyone either said "Really?" "wtf?" or "bull crap".

Me? I was with a girl, I said "Really?" instantly stood up, and left the room all in about 20 seconds. Like I booked it. I was pissed. I like the idea of exorcism movies, I loved the exorcism of emily rose. But the end to this one was just... such a freakin cop out.

did I die for a second there?...

George Clooney ╪ Action movie. He barely equals an actor.... I rank him slightly above Kevin Costner.

Only because Costner has pit stains in half of his movies.

First off, the original Batman movies were fun, but they weren't great. The worst was Batman & Robin, starring... Clooney. An action movie... with bad action. That was a very disappointing movie. Cloney's "acting" was flat and emotionless. Schwarzenegger was better and his acting was borderline Shatner.

You guys think Clooney is that bad? He was pretty good in the Ocean's series. 'Course those movies didn't require a lot of acting.

I thought he did quite well in Michael Clayton.

I heard the movie plays the audience for total rubes, a sentiment with which I can sympathize. (See 2008's Funny Games, one of the most ugly and pretentious films ever.) I mean, you know what an exorcist movie is supposed to be like, so you have the screenplay written in your head, but TLE gives you one twist too many and you feel like you've been played.

I don't mind Clooney but comparing him to Cosner is just mean. Flipper was a better actor than Cosner.

I couldn't tell from the trailers, and I thought it was based on the book "The American" by Andrew Britton. The book is really good, but this movie was absolutely terrible.

It's so true. I mean I don't want to spoil anything, but about half way through the movie they introduce an alternate theory to her possession, and as soon as that hit I was like "No... oh no... What are they doing." Twenty bucks wasted at a theater in Oakland. Such a beautiful place, such an ugly way to present it to me.

did I die for a second there?...
