Okay, so I have recently acquired my first mag, a tac one. I have heard that you can add an eclipse frame and turn it into an electro. Would this work, or am I completely lost.

I am really interested in turning it into some kind of electronic marker, and any advice or suggestions you guys have would be very much appreciated.

Yes, you can put an Ego frame on an Automag with a little work; it turns it into an EP 'mag with an ego board and trigger frame.

Here's the AO thread:
How To Put An Ego Frame On A Mag

I believe Mann on AO also did a straight up electro pneumatic conversion using the Intelliframe and the Scenario Dreams universal T-Board.

Mann's PBLegion Thread:
Making/ Installing an "EP" ElectroPneumatic Automag

You could also just get Emag lowers and save yourself a bunch of work.

Or go Spydermag. Then you can sing the Spydermag song...

Spydermag
Spydermag
Does whatever a Spydermag does...

So, I've gotten a hold of the frame. I'm gonna start in a few days, I'll be sure to keep you guys updated.

So, I'm going to put a gold star frame on it. I'm planning on getting a paintjob from bb, so the color isn't a problem(the gold one was cheaper).

I put a t2w stock on it, and am currently looking for an old qloader, from before, when they didn't suck.

Wish me luck, this is the first time I have ever modded a paintball marker.

Are there any other upgrades you guys suggest, I'm planning on this being my main scenario marker since I just got an ego8. :dodgy:

Paintballs. Lots of paintballs.

A 114/4500 tank would probably help too.

And a paper route or other part-time job.

I have a 90ci ninja tank, plus I'm not sure if a 114 would fit in my vest.

Hmm...come to think of it, 90s would probably work better.

I'd run one on-gun and keep a spare in the vest.

Well I'm using a t2w stock, so that is not really possible.

Yeah, but it'd be funny.

Not sure how you'd be able to comfortably carry 18 pods either.
I suppose you could get a couple of 3-pod thigh-rigs.

Well I finished, and drumroll please......... it doesn't work anymore :D . I did however trade the whole thing for a new guitar, so I guess it wasn't a total loss. The guy I traded it too thinks he can get it to work. I'll let you guys know if he can figure it out.

Depends on the guitar.

What exactly wasn't working? Or what stopped working?

Angus Young signature SG

It just wouldn't fire, at all. It would just kinda click when I pulled the trigger.
