AGD Q-Bow. All I can add is that AGD is frickin awesome. You can't make a wrong decision there. I'd also add that 100 rounds will mean you have to pay more money, but it will be more practical on the field. If you're aiming at being a SUPER efficient "sniper" 21 rounds would work, but that means you will not be directly participating in firefights most of the time. With the 100 round pods you can afford to shoot more, and take those few more opportunitie you may recieve.

I played with my Longbow for the the first time last wednesday, and 21 rounds was plenty. I carry 6 ten round tubes in an elastic shotgun shell holder, that I put on the stock. reloading the magazine takes about 6 seconds. :ghillie:

When i go to d-day this year, i'm looking at buying me a longbow mag for my tac one. I rarely shoot more than 20 paintballs a game... thats how i play though...

there's something free and fun about running around with a 21 round magazine on your marker.

The q-loader works well...a bit bulky and adds a little weight over all.

if you are sneaky & don't need to shot a lot, but take out a few players at a time, the longbow mag is fun, fun, fun!

Whats with the crazy barrel lengths? You really don't need anything over a 12 inch. Just get a barrel kit if you want to be really accurate.

I am not saying I am trigger happy but, I am favoring the Q-Loader at this point yet if I wanted to could I just buy a mag and take of the Qsystem?¿ Also what is the stock barrel length of a Tac-One?, and what barrels fit the Tac-One?

Thanks,
Collin Kirkbride

Yeah, accuracy tops out at about 12-14". I wouldn't go any longer that that. Then you just end up wasting air/CO2.

there's a q loader adaptor piece that comes with the q-bow kit...simply remove it and the 21 rnd mag will take it's place.

J&J 12" barrel is stock with the Tac One. To me the bore of it was larger than most paint I end up shooting.
a 12" J&J ceramic barrel is better in my opinion than the stock J&J that comes with the Tac One.

to me my 16" barrel works extremely well...it looks good with the set up i have too.
waste of air? sheeeez! I don't go out on the field shooting 15bps non stop, so my 68/4500 gives me plenty of shots
when I leave the field I get an air fill...If I was running around with an electro, shooting non stop, and every shot count, then air efficiency due to barrel size would be a factor. :D

sure 12"-14" barrels are great fits for a lot of markers out there. 16"-18" barrels shoot well and serve their purpose on certain paintball marker set ups.

If you want to make the gun look nice with a longbow mag, go with an 18 inch. If you get the q-loader, go with a 16 inch. If you dont care about how it looks, get a barrel kit

What is the difference between a barrel and a barrel kit? Also how is the Q-Loader operated? (Battery?...)

Thank You People,

the q-loader uses a spring that winds up, and the power of it unwinding drives the balls into the gun. A barrel is just a steel, carbon fiber, aluminum, etc. tube. A barrel kit is made up of a few pieces. The back, and the front. There are different sized inserts that can go in the back, changing the bore size for a better paint to barrel match. There are a variety of fronts that come in different lengths and styles
EDIT: hope that helped. I can be more specific if necessary

So you have to wind them up before you play?... Also, how do they stay closed when there in your harness?
one more... What barrels (company) would fit the Tac-One?

Thank You,
Collin Kirkbride
