So my buddy Eli over at Paintball Jungle has been experimenting with using a video camera mounted on a flying remote/drone vehicle....the results ( after a few...mishaps...in the early stages) are starting to look pretty good. See for yourself...this may be one of the first videos of its class.

I've seen several clips on YouTube of a guy who plays and
also does video reports on games flying a longer range
quad, but this is the first footage I've seen of someone
using one during a game. My hat is off to your buddy!

Andy, didn't one of the photography companies have an RC plane with a camera on it at dday 2011?

awesome vid, im curious if there is a way to get an audio feed. Would that be doable for that camera on the drone? Does it weigh it down or affect flight?

im interested in the parrot drone, what type of drone did you use for the vid?

That was a cool vid, it would be pretty bad if he flew that thing close to the other team they might shoot it. All he needed was a radio set to talk to the team and inform them of what he can see. Where was he sitting while flying that thing? or was he moving with it?
The best help from above is a sniper on the roof.
