1. First thing is read the manual.

2. What you need to do depends on the condition it was shipped.

3. Order extra o-rings. A lot of them.

4. Print this pic off and keep it with your marker.

5. Study this image. It's how the marker works.

6. Make sure you have the proper allan key for the main reg adjustment and the rear back cap.

7. Print off a copy of the board adjustment and keep it with the marker.

8. Make sure your hopper fits the feedneck. It should.

9. Don't use Dye grease buy some SL33k or molycrete. Dye lube is horrible. You need Dow 33 grease.

Wipe the marker down with rubbing alcohol and paper towel. Take the bolt out and wipe the breech the same way including the eyes.

Wipe any paint on the bolt with the alcohol and regrease. If you want to clean the bolt assy ... use the alcohol.

Alcohol will evaporate quickly and not leave a residue. It won't hurt the eyes.

Do as said above, but REMOVE THE ORINGS FIRST.

I have a DM4 too, i've rebuilt the LPR and the bolt, but not the Hyper2 yet, so if you have any questions let me know.

Great gun, love mine to death, hope you do too!

So here's wat happened, this kid didn't listen to anything you guys said. The gun was shooting fine when it left my house, then it gets to his house and he dryfires it and says the that it shoots 10 shots then stops for like 20 seconds and does the same thing. So he calls me, im pretty sure he did not read the manual oh and by the way I BOUGHT A FULL KIT OF ORINGS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE DM4, LIKE EVERY O-RING IN THE WHOLE GUN. Also this gun hasnt been used in awhile and he knew that because i told him it was my cousins and has been at my aunts house since he went away to college, so i doubt he even removed the bolt and lubed the gun. And I'm searching everywhere trying to find the problem. And he calls me back and says the gun is leaking down the barrel and it doesnt shoot anymore so he is mailing it back to me and the trade is off. So thanks for breaking my gun and sending it back to me, if i had known i could have gotten a hammer and smashed the board then i wouldnt have had to pay the shipping!

So now can anyone help me repair this DM4 im getting back or talk some sense into this kid, yes he's like 13 which would explain his childish running away from problems behavior. Wat should i do?

It was successfully resolved over the phone, so far pleased at the point. It is being fixed on his end for now.
