I was really getting into mags but then all of a sudden this Ice Epic came into play. They were saying stuff about its "boltless design" which equals accuracy and its little kick and other stuff. Is this gun better than a tac-one or any other mag with a ULT trigger and an x-valve?

I've never used one, but I love my Mag, and it's a low-end for Mags. I don't like how the Epic looks, and although it might be very efficient, I've read it has a slow rate of fire, and I've never heard anything about its reliability. And if it did break down, I don't know who could help fix it. Mags I know are reliable and easy to fix, and with an X-valve and ULT, they can get very, very fast. They're just not too efficient.

Epics are rare simply becuase they never took off, ever. Yeah the boltless design is nice but so is an automated bottle opener... For performance that's been tested and proven the Tac will win every time.

I would go with the mag. More aftermarket support and a larger knowledge base.
