has any one ever used an alamo city low blow bolt on there mr-1 or other spyder markers. i was wondering if it performed the same as a flatline barral. the little clip broke on my etrigger for the batt. on the board would it be recominded to just eliminate the clip and hardwire the wires to the board because im sure it was my fault it broke i put the batt. in upside down.

All I can offer is this: I was wondering the same thing, so I searched the forums a bit.. It looks like the general consensus is no. But heck, for an extra 10.00 - try it and report back. I can say that on a stock MR 1, the claimed gains (ACP website) of the bolt and striker are true. If you are looking to buy a 3 o-ring non low blow bolt, I would wait just a little bit. They are looking at maybe changing the design slightly to increase ball detent life.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Mark that quote down... very important.

When I did tech support for Dell a call came in about a laptop that wasn't working right. The guy insisted that the bullet holes in had nothing to do with the boot issues... -Puzuma

If you want a Flatline for your Spyder, get an Apex. Heck, if you want a Flatline for your Tippmann, get an Apex :P. You can adjust the amount of spin (even turn it off), adjust the direction of spin, and it's not as picky on paint.
