Just a random little steam blow-off about these:

Posted Image

Vacuum sealed and filled as much as physically possible with that syrup crap....so when you open them (if you forget to point away from yourself, EVEN IF you stabilise the bottom on a table or other flat surface) they explode crap all over your last remaining pair of jeans the morning that you threw in your other pair just for the sake of cleaning them every so many days (though they aren't obviously dirty).

I also curse those molded plastic things they put around toys and electronic devices - how on earth do you open those efficiently? I think I saw a "As Seen on TV" thing for that, actually...

What else annoys you guys?

Buying a pair of scissors in a vacuum pack in which you need a pair of scissors to open it with.

That is why Pocket Knives were invented. Real men always carry a pocket knife.

Any kind of medicine that's in those vacuum formed sheets where you have to peel the paper/foil back off to get to the pill(s). Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't... you're just aggravated because you're sick & really don't want to deal w/ it.

Mine needs sharpening :P
Pocket knives were invented for other men's retarded container designs? Should just use the knife BEFORE they create the problems.

Mine came out of the case at the store, in a small carboard box. It now handles all my plastic pack woes.

I hated it when Xbox 360 games used to come shrink wrapped and with 3 different no easy open stickers on them. Like i LOVE tha Wii games are just shrink wrapped. Easy to open. But 360s had a sticker on each side of the box that opened so you couldn't easily get the game out. Not hard to peel a sticker, but i ruined many a beautiful cover and case jabbing my finger nail through the sticker and sadly the cool artwork on the case. I figured out how to remove those easily now. But back then i have many a DVD case for xbox with fingernail jabs ruining the beautiful cover artwork. :(

I also hate opening a kids toy for my neice or nephew and finding the toy Zip Tied in like 20 spots. No not the simple twist ties i can just easily remove. Now i have to go find my small eletricians cutter, cause youll ruin scissors fast opening zip ties with em. Just a PITA. Like really, do you have to make it this hard to remove from the pacakging. Like 2-3 is fine, once you get over 5 there is a problem

Truer words were never written on this site.

Those freaking toy companies have lost their minds. It seems like they like to hide a couple of those tie-downs too, just when you think you've got the toy free you find two more that just magically appeared. It's like some demented Jigsaw trap - if you really want the toy you have to sacrifice an arm.

Exactly. It's like, ok i've removed all the ones on the arms and legs. Looks like it will come out now with ease...oh wait, they hid one around the neck and another clear one you can't see around the waist. Great. They are trying to make you go insane opening them.

Next they'll include a little loop built into the back of the action figure for another one BEHIND the back.
