I know I'm kind of late to this, but....

lol...that was my initial thought...I know some guys that could take care of the job...I'm sure my grandfathers friends could help us out, but...I don't think that would be too wise -_-

If you need someone with no direct ties to you or to your family (and thus be able to safely remove all suspicion from them), I do happen to know some guys hiding around this forum that don't mind taking out the trash....

Though I haven't seen 2 of them in ages.

Still a few of them left around, though both are definitely missed.

Just one question... when will women/girls realize we can do this alone!
Life without an actual relationship with all the emotions and feelings is WAY easier!
Men and women shouldn't live together, its that simple.

Ah yes, but in order to continue on our species and keep producing we need to live together. Quite the conundrum. LOL I'll admit i fight with my wife a lot at times, but now that we only see eachother a day or two out of the week, times are wicked fun when we do see eachother. Just a blast the whole time

When will men understand that us women can survive on our own as well? Goodness, the last time I checked, most of the time you guys are the freaks getting down on one knee asking us to marry you. You guys seem to be the ones that feel this need to be in a relationship, or at least get physical all the time...

[devil's advocate]Ah, but it's society forcing those freaks down on one knee! They don't really want to do it, but they feel compelled to by society![/devil's advocate]

It's a two edged sword. There are problem women, and there are problem men.

So, the real problem is.... PEOPLE! :o

Very few men "need" to be in a relationship, the physical part... well DUH!

Hate to break this to you, but the only reason men get married is because the sig other nagged them enough. Very very few men willingly enter marriage. ;-) Most of us are tricked or guilt tripped into it. LOL Works out in the end, but still...damn women and their kung fu treachery.

I knew that one would cause a bit of a stir...Bone I'm 18...I know, not well versed in the ways of relationships :P

I guess maybe it's really not something I see around here Legato, probably mostly because as most of my interactions are with Christians there is no sex before marriage and therefore the men are extremely anxious to get married....the women on the other hand seem to be content enough with the emotional part of the relationship, and while they would like to be in a relationship, most of them seem rather content with the extra attention they get during dating.

I know that there are Christians that have sex before marriage, I have known people that have had sex before marriage...let me put it this way, it is highly looked down upon by my church, and I know that the majority if not all of my friends have not yet had sex....

"I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ." - Ghandi

Just something to think about....

Or, in simple terms, a lot of people professing to be Christians do a lot of things that would contradict their own teachings. The same can be said of some Jews, some Hindus, some Muslims (example - strict Islam bans alcohol, which doesn't stop my boss at all), etc. I will say that it tends to be more prominent in "Western" culture nations, but it can happen elsewhere.

My experiences, as a Christian who goes to what might be a similar church from the brief bit I got to hear about....

Those who really want to have sex, just do it anyway. Depending on their age, they may or may not try to sneak it if there's some social pressure (there usually is a lot less meaningful pressure than one would think).

I have never seen a guy in a rush to get married just for sex, Christian or otherwise.

I have seen guys rush into it for other reasons though, just like I've seen girls rush into it.

EDIT: Granted, I've never been one of the "perfect" Christians, and I can really irritate some of the ultra-religious with disagreements I have with the establishment. I've got strong beliefs, but they sometimes clash with the traditional or stereotypical image of a "Christian." So maybe I'm a bit of a poor example.

You know when you accept a friend request from someone...and then really quickly regret it. Feeling that way about pirate right now...but not sure how to go about getting rid of him

It's cool. I understand. I'm one of those people that never got along with the Church. I got kicked out of two Catholic schools before I could drive.

Rant: I'm out of Bourbon. Guess a trip to the Package Store is in order tomorrow. Any suggestions?
