MANN- The threads a little dead right now, so its hard to see what everyone's thoughts are.

Stroked- Nice find man on the body, and let me know for sure if you want in on this.

And here's some updated pics of my work. Currently I have an old school Female Stab on the bottomline with the stock (not pictured here). And I'm still waiting for my clamping feedneck and Pump handle back from JCurt, he is putting a hittmann mod in it. Other than that I have all the pieces I need. Then its off to anno somewhere. Here's a few to show her off:

And I actually made some parts for the stock so that the female stab is usable on it, and so it is visually more appealing, but those are not shown either, forgot them in the shop along with the female stab.

My stuff is back from Jcurt. Now I have to do test fits and see how everything works before I submit it for review.
Later,
Blackrain

i think a mid block would have looked awsome on that superstock body and then use a ccm kit with the new handle from the t2 thats what i want to do if i ever get the extra money and dont use it on playing

I thought about doing a Midblock on it, but I prefer the halfblock over a mid. And I think the JCurt Pump kit is better than the CCM ones, they just feed more natural in my hand.

No sir it is not, just go look at the first page and review the rules and such and you're good to go.
And be sure to have a before pic of you body before you start.
Good luck and have fun.

Heres my BEFORE shot. Over all I guess I'm off to a good start. Body will be shipped straight from seller to Jcurt for the halfblock cuts and a pump kit. Jcurt also talked about giving me some sort of plate to cover up the eye holes? Sounds nifty.

Here is a part list (up to date as of: 8/1/09)

Body-$45
04 Prostock body drilled for eyes, full internals included
Posted Image

Pump Kit-$40
Jcurt Pump Kit

Grip Frame-$25
WGP slider, brand new internals, and roller sear.
Posted Image

Regulator-"Free"
Gonna start out with a Bob Long torpedo reg, as I already have one. We will see how it performs and how much $$ I have left.

Vertical ASA-"Free"
Included with body

Bottomline ASA-"Free"
Already have one

Barrel-40ish
Still working on it. Looking at a Invert Nightstick Carbon Fiber barrel. LINK

Half Block Mod-$80
Will be done by Jcurt of Mcarterbrown.

Total: 230

Whatcha think?

I like them both personally, on my Phantom I love the feel of good ole houge's, but on my Sniper, the Dye stickies really complete the overall feel of the marker.
I'd say go for a nice pair of stickies for it, they usually never dissappoint.

If you decide to go with Houge's, I think I have a pair you can have cheap if you're interested.

I'm on hold for my build until I can get some more money.

The economy is catching up to my wallet and I have more important things I need to pay for....like food and bills...

Well seeing as no one really has anything to say, I guess I'll take the podium and give a little update:

Progress is somewhat slow at the moment as Im waiting on payments to clear and parts to be shipped. The body and frame will be going straight from a seller on PBN to Jcurt of Mcarterbrown. If all goes well Im hoping to get it all back by either late next week or early the following week.

I've done some thinking about what I'm going to do interms of annoing it, and Im stuck. If I were to anno it, I would get a simpe job, probably just a dust black. My other option I've been considering is to paint it myself. As someone mentioned earlier in the thread, spray paint jobs can look good if done properly. If I were to do it I would probably do something along the lines of this "ruber band style:"

Hmm....after re-reading that I dont know if doing it myself is such a good idea....but on the other hand I would get to tinker some. I dont know

Anyways I got two questions:

1. Sneaky, how are you running your cocker with just an air through grip? I was just wondering because I have one of those grips and I might wanna try mine out.

2. Someone mentioned that you can get a T2 pump handle? If so where?

3. Anyone know local, common shops that sell 1/8" NPT (standard paintball threads) plugs?

Thanks
