Got out, and got lucky because I brought a friend and 6 other players were out at the field today. Got in 4 hours :)

Tried out both the ULT and RT trigger pins, both worked flawlessly. Kept my paint in a cooler with handwarmers, so no problems there...usual ice hazards, whatever.

And everyone had a blast.

My only issues were:

1) I can't snapshoot nearly as well as with my Phantom - too used to looking down the sight rail and not used to looking past a feedneck and fat hopper, lol.

2) How much freakin paint I go through playing with that thing... ULT or RT. RT was going 20-25bps but forgot to test with the chrono station. Went through 1200 shots, probably....and that was just filling a hopper at a time and occasionally carrying 1 pod.

It was cool though, couple of experienced 3-4 year players were really curious about the 'Mag, especially after I explained the all mechanical, let them try the trigger, and showed them the antichop with my finger. They were fun guys, and we also met some immigrants from Switzerland, Germany, etc. who were taking their week off (or whatever) from the rigs up north.

First winter experience - wasn't cold at all at -13.

Judging from the temperature those surely have frozen off.... ;)
Sounds like a god day of play. I myself got to use a tac one recently and was quite impressed.

Haha yeah, I think the 'Mag is great...

But I'll probably stick to playing with the Longbow spring feed when I am not in a big game (maybe even during those) from now on :P ... I can't afford to throw away so much on paint. Or at least it feels crazy after having played pump most of last season lol (SC feed only).

The Prophecy will serve for my girlfriend when she wants to throw paint like crazy and not have the pain in the ass of the Qloader. :P

I just was workin out what my budget will look like when I go to buy my RT ULE and all the goodies (prophecy, 68/4500 tank, deadlywindbarrel) and its going to be a pretty penny :P I was also having trouple with whether or not I would want to try a Q loader set up instead or not XD SO MANY FRIGGIN OPTIONS! But Cdrink that sounded like a fun day :P AGD markers are definately different than what most see XD

Qloader would be fine if I got my trigger fingers under control :P as it is, I figured it'd be a pain for my girlfriend to change out the pods/reload them - I already bought a cheap agitated loader to make that less retarded. Trouble is each pod only holds 100 rounds.

Btw, did all that with only underarmour/sweater and $10 WalMart sweatpants/$12 Walmart compression pants to stay dry :P
