the pcs combat 68 paintball fits a .688-.689 barrel perfectly

Nelson Hot-Spot is what I use, cheapest stuff my field sells. :P $18 for 500 rounds. Which will last me about 2-3 Days of play (Thank you Pumps. :P )

a lot of these paints are fairly large.. why are so many people complaining about small paint?

those bore sizes are a bit out of date in my opinion. its 2010 now and most paints have gotten smaller from what ive seen. because i use a .681 lapco microshot and Xball gold rolls through now. so theres not way its rated up to .690 now. i think its time we updated this list
