M16 grip in excellent cond asking $10 shipped.
11" Phantom stock barrel nicks on the tip but otherwise great cond. asking $15 shipped
Smart parts protouch grips great shape asking $10 shipped
Ion stock upper half in excellent condition (Breach, can, bolt, bolt stop, detents, body) asking $15 shipped

Well it was my wifes not sure on her waist size but she is about 100lbs I'm about 200lbs with a 34"waist and it fits us both fine. It has a double elastic with velcro and its very adjustable.

I am not familiar with the firefox throat mike, but it has the small pin type headset connector if that helps.
