Well today it happened the thing i have been dreading most over these past few weeks and today on my way to work it happened... I wrecked...
I was only going 35 but apparently that is way to fast on a gravel road I lost control went sideways and before I knew what was happening I jupmed a huge ditch went straight through a fence leading into a cow pasture.
I was only 30 seconds away form my house and 15 seconds away form my work all it took was 1 second to happen and I tell you I have never felt closer to God than that moment when i was able to get out of my truck
( i had to use the passenger side because a fence wire was holding my door back)
but when i got out i was amazed to find my truck only scratched up my neck was hurt worse than my truck because I jumped and hit my head on the roof.

i agree trucks are supposed to be able to take a licking and keep on ticking, thats what i think about my truck its old and looks ok, but i give him hell, cause i really dont care what it looks like as long as it runs

Statistically, most accidents take place within 10 minutes of your house.

lol, on the first day of school this year, my Firebird had bad tires and the road was slick, so I slid off the road next to my house.
I was only going like 35-40. lol I was pretty scared for a while, but no damage was done.
I also had a friend that recently totaled her car, she had it coming though. She was going 80 down a farm road at night, and she slammed into a gate.
She was ok though.
So yeah, consider yourself lucky I guess...

This is my signature. There are many like it but this one is mine.
PM Me if you want to know why my signature is legal...Its actually the most reported thing on the forum these days -Tenacious

not trying to be mean or anything he just has it coming he goes 135 down our road and i always imagine him just losing it and me being the first volunteer fire fighter on scene he would be in good hands
