Whatever works for you man. I used to have a recon vest and I always found myself crawling and what not. So the straps always got caught on twigs and stuff lol but hey im glad it works for you. However, i am debating highly on getting me a flurry vest. Ive heard good stuff about those..

The pod pack because of it's obvios light weight and it allows me to be very flexible.
The Alias is only slightly heavier than a pod pack, but it allows me to customize the configuration with its Molle attachment design. I can change the number of pods pouches I need, I can add or delete grenade pouches, radio pouches and all sorts of other options easily and quickly...even varying what I carry during daytime and night time Scenarios. It has the same pod pack belt strap design as a regular pod pack, along with the added support of the shoulder straps to completely stop any slumping of the pack due to being weighted down. This vest was designed from the ground up for Dagger play and flexibility, both physically and in adaptability of use. I have mine made out of the mesh backing, so it is practically as cool and breathable as a pod pack. And on really hot days I put small Blue Ice packs in between the mesh pockets and make a "cold vest" out of it...It's AWESOME!
Bottomline though, find a vest/pod carrier that fits your needs.
I do agree though, that the Flurry is not designed for any type of crawling due to all the pockets being in the very front...al the way up to the chest. One other thing, you can never look down into that stupid chest pocket with your mask on either, so getting stuff out while in a game is a real PITA. Just my $.02
