So I wanted to paint my rotor. I was originally black and white. Now it is white, red, and black.

It is missing something...it just looks incomplete. Although it is growing on me after first glace.

It reminds me of the 3 dimensional models made by a laser...

Nice man! looks like the tan could be a little darker and the sheen a little more matte but if you did this w/ a rattle can you really can't ask for better.

Good Job!

Sorry I did a quick scan of the thing and didn't take the lack of lighting into account.

OFF TOPIC...ISH

Would a hopper and loader be considered the same in your opinions?

Ooh...ahhh...I wonder.

I didnt want it to shine as much but all they had was gloss or satin so I went with the satin. Krazy 8 it is a little bland. I was thinking about putting a cross on it or the punisher skull seeing that is the team icon. Not sure yet. Going to wait and play it with for my first woodsball game this weekend to see how it holds up.

Looks good man... maybe a little bland, but not bad. I think adding a graphic would be a nice touch.

What spray did you use? No clearcoat? If I were you I'd hit it w/ a few coats, Krylon makes a matte clearcoat that should dull it down a bit. Without the clearcoat that thing will likely look like it's taken a beating after only one day of play, especially if you take any hopper hits.

You bought the brand, not my allegiance.

Make the graphics the same color as the body of the Ego and you will have a real fine looking combination!

ger I added several clear coats to it. I think it will last a good while. If not then I will touch it up or something. Think I might add some graphics to it tomorrow so it isnt so bland. Just trying to decide what I want to add.

I think it looks really good. I would just paint the lower emblem (says either dye or rotor) red as well.

Other than that, !

Prep work is what will make or break a paint job. A light sanding, then some rubbing alcohol, and use that Krylon Fusion plastic primer and paint. Then add your clear coats. But yea man it looks good, but I'd paint the bottom section red too.
