Ok, I'm getting a new mask, I have an older JT, and I have next to none FOV, I look down and the highest thing I can see is my waist, and left to right the goggles stop me from seeing anything. So I've looked at a few masks, tried on a few, and have a couple questions.
The Morph, Shield, and Profiler all share the same lens, so what are the differences between these three? I tried on the shield, and it fit great, I haven't been able to get a hold of a grill or a morph, and the profiler felt nice, but I felt a little too "Exposed". Also for comparison, I've tried on the Proto Switch, but that mask presses againts my forehead to hard to be comfortable.
So, can anyone tell me pro's cons on these? I've searched all over online and I can't find a direct comparison.
Thanks

I own a Proto Switch FS... either you have a very large head or your strap was just too tight. Loosen it and it becomes pretty comfortable. Oh and if you felt exposed in a Profiler, you will not want a Grill. It's way smaller.

i got the vforce profilers and it is the best mask i ever owned. it fits so well and never fogged up with the stock lenses as long is u breathe in with nose out with mouth toward the vents. it fits to your face really well and is really comfortable. i highly recommend it :)

Grill all the way. Best FOV ive used, and it never fogs. I own a pair with the photochromatic lenses and i probably will never own another goggle ever. They are super light and very comfortable and come with the easy lense change and you can change the foam. Another thing to think about is, What is the hardest part of a mask? Thee lense is, and the grill has the smallest lense with no FOV consequenses. Sorry for some spelling.

I've played in a few masks, the BE "free" mask, some JT's, some Proto, and more applicably, the Profiler and the Grill.

Between the shield, the morph, and the profiler, the biggest difference is looks. Plain and simple, and not all that important. Next is the profile, and as the name would suggest, the Profiler has the smallest -- which usually translates to the best -- profile. It fits your face pretty tightly, which leaves less to be shot at. Third difference is the material used in each mask. The more flexible your mask material, the more bounces you'll get off your face. You can pretty much follow the price tags on this one -- profiler is still the top of the pack. Another factor is breathability -- can't say much about this one, since I haven't used the other Vforce masks for any length of time, but the Profiler is great.

Then you've got your Grill, which really is in a league of its own. Whether or not it's the "best mask on the market," it's definitely top-of-the-line, and it's definitely worth your money if you've got the money to spend.

Grill > Everything else I've worn (Includes E-Vents, Profilers, I3, I3 Pro, and JT Flex's).
Not much else I can say that hasn't already been said. Comfortable, great Field of Vision, and it won't fog (though you'll want a headband to keep out sweat).
My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

Or two... I was sweating so much once that my headband was literally drenched and the inside of the lens was coated with sweat. poo happens sometimes. lol

To stress what someone else said, the Grill is SMALL. If you feel exposed in those other masks, you will feel naked in the Grill.

But that said, I've noticed I've taken less mask shots since getting a Grill and I've gotten tons of bounces off my mask too. Pretty much only a lens hit will break on the mask.
