Now this doesn’t mean that sup air is better than bushball or vice versa. All it means is that they have learnt different skills.

Exactly! The thing is, the exact same skills apply to paintball, regardless of where you play.

Also, very good post. You're right, it has been stated to death, but hopefully this'll cause it to stick. Props from the exact opposite part of the planet!!! :( :D

I hate political correctness, i say woodsball is better! lol

8. Knowing the Rules. [/b]

This isn’t really a skill which a lot of sup air players have.

That is not true at all. Most speedball players know the rules 10 times better than woodsballers. It makes sense if you think about it, speedball is much more competitive than woodsball. I guarantee you that every player you ask in any speedball tourny could explain the rules to you just as well as a judge, but at big woodsball games there is always some confusion about shooting over tape lines, helicopters, tanks, etc.

I have a question, how hard is it to play switch with a dogleg stock? I recently ordered one and I am just wondering how hard it is.

Dito.

Uh i have to say that while getting in some practice with both types helps there are some things a speedball omly player wont do on instinct in woodsball. such as not using 500 rounds a game, using camo effectively and flanking the enemy. and for gods sake not runnig out with a 1000 dollar gun and thinking you wont get lit up. that said i think there are benifits to playing both

I find myself struggling with the cost/benefit ratio of taking your arguments point-by-point, shutting them down with logic-based arguments and actual factual examples, and hoping that you get the message.....

....or just saying that maybe one day you'll realize that not all of your opinions are correct. But... that's the beauty of opinion... it's yours, and it doesn't have to be right in order for you to think it.

I hope one day you can teach others about paintball... but first you should maybe learn about it yourself.

You gas up the marker, put on the gloves, strap on the mask, and walk onto the field.. it doesn't matter that you failed a test, that your girlfriend broke up with you last night, or that you got a ticket on the way there...your world is right for the next couple hours, this is your heaven on earth... live it... love it...

i just wanted to add one more thing to prodigy's words...

WE ARE WOODSBALL!
