I think I may have found a new political party to back.

The Pirate Party of Canada is on the eligible list for the next election.

It's just too bad they don't have a candidate here in Ontario. They also aren't buckaneer type pirates.

Would you actually vote for a member of that party? I mean, I dunno, I jsut think the outlandish party names are kind of weird...like the "rents to d--- high party. I mean remove the fact that the leader of that party appeared at least half crazyk the name alone should make you wonder.

Fairly old video that refers to politics when the NDP was still around.

I much like the sound of this Pirate Party. If only we'd get something like that in America.
Same with this Marijuana Party... Though California pretty much has that going as it is.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

Well... Since Jan 1 of this year the city of Toronto has had 52 murders. In 2009, out of 62 rated countries Canada ranked #44 in murders per capita, 0.0149063 per 1,000 people. The US was ranked #24, 0.042802 per 1,000 people. Columbia was #1, 0.617847 per 1,000 people.

As for locking doors.... I'd say it's no different than down in the US, it all depends on where you live. Most people in cities will lock the doors, and in the country, more don't.

Only 24th? We need to step up our game.

Just wondering, who was 2nd? Iraq or Syria?
