Well, I just sold off some markers and am now going to be sitting on some funds. approxmately 340 to be exact. I could get a pretty nice T-9 for that much since a basic is all I want, BUT I have been eyeing this Brass eagle Nightmare for awhile. (This was long before BE sold out and started making things outta plastic.) It's stock class, and has a shoulder stock and looks downright godly. Link here:The nightmare.
So what do you guys think? I have most of my bases covered for other styles of play, for open class pump I have my backbottle brass PMI LB, for mech semi I have my classic mag, for electro I have a Angel 05 speed, and for a backup I have a Tippmann model 98. If you guys want you say a different marker, thats cool, but please state your opinion on the two mentionied aswell.
Thanks.

I love my T9. Can't really say anything about the BE, I have never used one. If you have any questions let me know. There are a few used T9's on the Tiberius forum if you interested in a used one.

I do have one question jim, a team mate has a T-8 and I was wondering if the accuracy of a T-9 would be greater. (Reason for the question being: It seems to be a more stable shooting platform, but mabe more gas is used? I dunno.) And If I was to be buying one it would be from a local proshop, because I'd like to support local buisness and get a good warranty. Thanks.

From what i have read the T8 and the T9 have about the same accuracy. I have used my T9 in pistol form and it was pretty much the same as rifle. Granted it is probably more stable because of the stock. You can get a LAPCO 1 piece barrel that will improve it a little i would think.( i'm looking at them but don't have the funds right now) I don't blame you for supporting local businesses. I try to do the same when ever possible.

I would get the BE. I have an old BE Cobra and love it. I would kill for a Nightmare.

I think you answered your own question. "I could get a pretty nice T-9 for that much since a basic is all I want, BUT I have been eyeing this Brass eagle Nightmare for awhile."

BUT.

The Tiberius 8 is a wonderful gun, I can only assume the 9 is as well. I'm sure that when it comes to reloading, re-airing and rate of fire the T9 wins. BUT the Nightmare has a greater mag capacity and wins on unique appearance.

BUT you have your heart set on the nightmare. Get what you want, Get the Nightmare.
