I'm looking for some feedback on the Marq series markers put out by Bob Long. Has anyone shot them or had any experience playing with them?

PS I know about pbreview.com, I've posted this thread to see what guys on this forum think.

I like the Marq Closer, but the others are a bit too heavy for my liking... Still prefer my Ego..

Maybe it was just the Halo then, lol. I just prefer the feel of an Ego... Marqs are still nice though...

I prefer marqs to egos and I would get one if I had the money.

Anyone with aloooha in their Avatar gets my instant trust and respect. Seriously.

Special K, they were letting guys shoot them at DDay during the week. I will try and see if I can find one of the guys that shot one.

In my mind, just get an '07 ego. Everyone else on the team is.

anyone actually on a decent team gets my instant trust and respect. Seriously. so I guess we are in the same boat with each other.

it seems like you guys are on the same team. in this case go with what the team is shooting. I really want a legend but the team is shooting quests so I will settle. quests are still nice though.

I got to shoot a Closer Sunday. It had a real nice feel to it, and seemed very consistent. All I got to do with it was shoot a hopper through it and snapshot a bit, but my first judgment would be to get one if you can.

I have two guys on Cruel's X-ball team who shoot Quests. They love them.

The only problem I have ever seen with one was a bolt just snapping in half for no reason. ;)

It was an after market Goldmember Bolt though, so it was easily fixed.

I love my Ego 7, but I have to say I shot a Rapper the other day and was quite impressed. Shoots like my DM (aka laz3rz) and as efficient and light as my Ego. They are off the hizzee fa shizzee.

I shot one briefly and I liked it.It was smooth and accurate and blah blah blah.

If I were to get a marq it would defenitely be a darq 7.
