Holy Waffle, Batman!! Hill-Dawg supports Iraqis getting bombed.....?

Summary: Hillary Clinton, in a surprise visit to Iraq, said that the deadly bombings last week indicate that the extremists are afraid that the new Iraqi government will succeed.
Where was this 101 days ago? Just wondering. When did Bush's ideas suddenly become the Obama administration's new mantra? And where the BOINK is CNN to call Hillary a neo-con monkey? Thanks for proving me right about Bush, Hillary, I knew we'd all respect him more after he was gone.... I just didn't expect YOU to do it, you know, in foreign countries. Especially not ones you never wanted to go to ever (like Texas )

~ Like the leaves of the forest when Summer is green, That host with their banners at sunset were seen:
Like the leaves of the forest when Autumn hath blown, That host on the morrow lay withered and strown. ~ Destruction of Sennacherib
~ Believe me, dear Sir: there is not in the American states a man who more cordially loves a union with his country than I do. But, by the God that made me, I will cease to exist before I yield to a connection on such terms as the United States Congress proposes; and in this, I think I speak the sentiments of America. ~ Thomas Jefferson (modernized)

She's right...that is a major motivation for the recent bombings.
So the problem is...what?
The problem isn't what she's saying now. It's what she's been saying for the last six years, when it was George Bush in office, and after every bomb she screamed "Aaaaaah, it's not working! Let's get out! Let's get out now! We've lost! Dooooooooom!"
Now that her party is in charge, she whips around and decides to play everything cool.
Please don't mis-understand my gist here, I'm actually pretty pleased with obama. Okay I'm not THRILLED with everything he's done, but he's shown EXCEPTIONAL good judgment since taking office. He had a lot of poor ideas during the campaign, and as soon as he got in office and learned that those ideas were bad, he actually took advice and adapted his tactics. That's freakin' AMAZING leadership. I don't love everything he's done, but I sure as hell love the way he's done it so far. But Hillary? Sweet mercy, the woman needs to be deported. I'm ecstatic beyond words that she isn't the first female president of the US -- we never would've had a second. Picking her as Secretary of State was the worst move Obama's made. Everything else is just a matter of opinion and some legitimate concerns/fears -- but Hilary was just TINKLE-poor judgment. Probably not Obama's idea either -- it's too bad for him.

She has a different job now, and her statements reflect her position as Sec. of State for the nation as a whole, rather than her own beliefs/positions as a NY senator, First Lady or private (although influential) citizen.
She speaks for the entire government now, not just herself or a voting constituancy. Part of the job of SoS is to act as the public voice of the administration on foreign affairs. So its no suprise that some of the things she has said recently may not jive with what she has said in the past.
Basically there is a difference between Hillary Clinton said and what the Sec. of State says...even though its the same person.
Just part of how the job works...

I'll take Clinton any day over Pelosi...as a Californian, I have to deal with her more. Hillary at least stays thousands of miles from California most of the time...Pelosi lives here, so she's always in the news. She's a whiney flake, so liberal she makes MY skin crawl (and that takes some doing...). Makes California look bad.

"I understand the responsibility of position better than most." - Really, MDK? Do tell.
(I am half teasing you, so do put away the flamethrower.)
