I've been eyeing this one for a little bit now and have it marked down on my calendar. I hope I'm able to make the trip and should as long as I have a little extra cash- had a blast at Mortar Wars II. Going to spring training the following weekend so only time will tell!

Hope you make it out Lokri. This game should be a good one. The first scenario game of the year always draws a big crowd. Four generals, lots of missions and objectives, a wild card special forces unit, and 200-300 players will make for a good time. Hopefully, some of the snow will remain. At yesterday's game, there was still enough for some great snow bunkers. Either way, with the work days planned, the field should offer some surprises for everyone.

Bumping to the top.

Nitehawk is having a work party the weekend prior to the Armed Forces game...so there will be a few new things to see out there! Come check it out and enjoy what is left of winter!

There is still some snow. The pics will tell. It may be muddy by next weekend, if the warm weather that if forcasted holds, so bring your boots. :P

I believe he goes by Crash. I played with him back in August when I was up at Nitehawk. Very nice guy.

Here are a couple of teasers from the work that has been going on. Not pictured are the new top secret pillboxes and trench line. :ghillie: There is still snow in the sheltered areas. For those who haven't played here before, there is a map attached (also in hand out form at check in)- 26 acres of light woods with 3 towers and 75 or so bunkers and barracades, and dozens of foxholes, berms and trenches.
