you could just use some paint in a sponge. as for the bayonet. electricity!!!!!

i have a system for barrel tagging that uses about ten cents worth of paint per time. its called BUNKERING

that's my preferred method, except when i'm out of paint. then i just make sure i tag them hard enough that they feel it.
