1965 in Vietnam. The North Vietnamese Army has increased its forces and continues to move supplies and troops south into South Vietnam using the extensive network of dirt roads known as the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The trail allows the NVA and the Vietcong access to the south past the DMZ (17th Parallel). The US has joined forces with the South Vietnamese Army to intercept and cut off this supply line of weapons, food, radio communications and personnel. The terrain is remote and mountainous, creating difficulties for the US ground troops. Aerial bombing is essential for the success of the US Army and South Vietnamese. The NVA uses anti-aircraft artillery to aid in their advancement of supplies.
The objective of this mission for the NVA is to transport as many supplies as possible into South Vietnam. They must locate and retrieve radio boxes obtained by the US forces during the latest battles. Once radio communications have been restored, the NVA can commence anti air assaults allowing them to continue traveling south. NVA must defend their supplies and radio transmissions against the US which has strengthened its attack capabilities by setting up 2 strategic command posts along the trail. NVA must enter the command posts to cut off the US communications controlling air attacks. The US forces must defend these command bases and intercept supply lines as much as possible before they are over run by the NVA and Vietcong. Battles will be won and lost throughout this campaign and victory will only be declared at the very end. Who will succeed? Show up on September 27th and see for yourself.
Battle begins at 10 am sharp.

I wish I could predict that! We seem to average between 30-50. If everyone shows who says they are we should be toward the top end but you never really know.
