i forgot to ask, since i traded in my trigger finger blur for a few precision shots, is a 48/3000 tank large enough or should i go for more?

well i got a Empire Reloader 2, 48/3000 HPA tank which will do for a while, and went out on a limb when i saw a 7 piece Matchstik barrel kit on ebay and got it for around 100...it is so incredibly quiet, from 40 feet all i could hear was the ball flying through the air, now i just have to work on silencing the hopper.
Thanks a lot for all the help guys
EDIT
btw for anyone curious about red-dots i fully endorse them, i had to take the Trilogy Tacticals railing system to the bench grinder and sandpaper to the base of the red-dot so it'd fit, but got it to work on the side rail, and after calibrating it for ball drop it is unbelievably accurate

Oh yeah, the Matchstik! Forgot I shot a Mac Dev Cyborg for awhile and the Matchstik was a really nice barrel. On par with other quality barrels out there.
maybe not as common, or popular, but still a very nice barrel.

hard to believe they're relics!
must make me ancient, because I remember when Autocockers came to life

I just timed and tuned my Black VF Tactical Autococker last night.
added some new pnuem hoses, oiled etc. Shooting like a dream!
made me fall in love all over again!

i call it a relic because of the comments i get when i got to the field, both by the new kids that think it's mechanical ecstasy they've never seen before and by speedballers with all their fancy ions and intimidators and the such, i've never tried to time it, truth be told i wouldn't know how, but it shoots true, and keeps consistent so i'll be glad to take my relic onto the field heh heh

Tactical Performance Red Dot Scope. Cheap, effective, comes with a battery, fits the Tac Tril weaver rails with no mods required.

finger tighten, sight in, play. :)

this is the one i purchased but from a local store
http://hotspotairsoft.com/catalog/product_...roducts_id=1869
came with 2 batteries but uses one, finger sighting, and it was an easy mod to do so i didn't mind, hopefully will upgrade to something better in the future, just something with a larger area of sight

So far out of everything I own even non paintball related the only thing that required grinding was my Tomahawk. I had to grind it to make it sharp. The lady I got it from taught me how to throw it right, and perform maintainance on it.

Yes, it does work too, I chucked it at a big tree in my yard and it stuck to it.

I've been very fortunate with my paintball mods though. No grinding needed.

I bought a lapco snapshot barrel for my cocker and it didnt seem to make any difference at 30 yards...

the stock barrel should be fine unless you make 60 yd shots
