Alright' I just got a new Ion for some speedball, and maybe a little woods. So the question I got is what upgrades should I get. I am looking for more air efficiency, fire rate, etc. I probably will get a new trigger, definitely a body kit, and a new barrel. What else?

for air efficancy, keep that in mind for your barrel.
you definatly dont want a short or long barrel.

12 to 14 inches. not to much porting.

triggers: two types you want to pay attention to. triggers that have the bottom flare towards the grip ( so like a C shape) or ones that bend backwards.
the ones that are "C" shaped work best with people who's middle finger doesn't move as fast or as far as thier index finger.

the backwards shape is abiously for the opposite situation.

Just remember that Ions can be bad as tippmans upgrades wise. If you find yourself spending double what you payed for it, stop. You're going too far. But there not as bad as they are hyped to be. (QEV's are really popular upgrades Iv'e heard.) Have fun with it.

YES...if you only buy ONE upgrade for an Ion, make it a feedneck.

I put a TechT trigger on, that was a VERY good upgrade for $30.
I would definately reccomend a clamping feedneck as the stock is just annoying.
The QEV and any lightweight bolt would be good for efficiency.
Also in the efficiency department, don't forget to have low pressure output on your tank.
I don't see any situation in which 17 bps is not good enough for basic paintball. (Assuming you're not on the pro circuit or the Double Trouble guy) :)
some people are alive only because its illegal to kill them
you can run, but you'll get shot tired
