Buffalo Burgers.

Mustard.onion.oil.butter.garlic powder sauteed.

Then put that sauce on poppey rolls.

Then put ham and swiss cheese.

Bake.

Profit.

If my some miracle I manage to get that night off, it's 3 or 4 kinds of wings and a full Nacho Bar. Pizza too, if enough people show. And I'll leave everyone else in charge of beer.

i have a buddy that is from buffalo. he is making our wings. normally i do not eat wings, but the ones he makes i will. he knows what he is doing, 4 different sauces....

the wings you get at many joints in this country just dont compare to what a real wing maker can do. his blow me away.

i am handling the pizza. i know how to make the real deal. all my spare time in college was spent at a fine italian eatery in chicago.

keep it coming folks....i only have so many more days to try new stuff!

I'm gonna pick up a deep fryer and whip up a few things.... I can't take any chances on the wings so I'll probably snag some Buffalo Wild Wings or one of the other local joints. But on the side.....

1. Deep fried mushrooms. Take your pick and kill it with batter -- crapake tastes great when it's riddled with veggie oil.
2. Buffalo Chicken Chip Dip. Yes -- yes you can. Add tortillas and watch it disappear.
3. Chex Mix. Might make it myself, but then again I'm busy, so I might buy it from the store and season the crap out of it with Worcester and Tabasco.
4. Pizza -- making it from the ground-up. If anybody knows any good secret ingredients, don't hold out on us.
Go Yoda -- I didn't order that!

OOOoooh! Deep Fried Mushrooms. I picked up one hell of a Mushroom formula from a former instructor. He hollowed out large button mushrooms, stuffed them with a spicy creole cream cheese (garlic, onion, paprika, and 2 kinds of hot sauce in it, Tabasco and Crystal's Louisiana Hot Sauce), breaded them in an egg wash and panko bread crumbs, deep fried them, and served them with a Horseradish aioli (garlic mayo).

FRAGin' awesome.

Damn, now I'm remembering a bunch stuff we made in culinary class. Dude, I could go to town.

MDK, you are my hero for the day. I never would have thought of fried mushrooms. Those will go perfect with the wings.
