Ok, so on tuesday, I had the makings of a concusion...

Then, my left side of my face lost the ability to move, this i know is called Bells pausy. I imediatly went tot he E.R.

When i show up, i get a room, and Recieve over 12 needles to see whats wrong, I find out i have lymes disease, and contracted it up to 3-4 weeks ago, without knowing.
Now, i am released, have a cathader in my arm, and must be on medication for the next 28 days. I also cannot close my eye for a while because of theprevious problems...

I will be on later, then Im going to I.O.N at skirmish this weekend, no matter how sick i am...

Basicly, watch out for ticks after a day of play.

Remember that if you DO get a tick....don't try to burn it off....Best way is to take a credit card and scrape across the skin to remove it...Squeezing with the fingers or burning will cause the tick to inject a bit of the blood back into your system, and that's how you get sick.

actualy they make these little spoon things that have notches cut out of them that you use for removing ticks. you put the ticks head inbetween the notch and put up and it comes out. its true you should never squeeze a tick or burn it, but the blood thing isnt all true. when i tick is sqeezed, or comes out on its own, it has to regurgitate because it is so bloted. when it regurgitates, it releases spirocite (i cant spell it) bacteria. thats what causes the lime disease and make you sick.

Ok...yeah....that's right....I remember now. But you can use the credit card or pocket knife if you don't have a fancy spoon. ;)

I've always used tweezers. Just make sure you grip it as close to the head as possible. I've heard you can use a bit of nail polish on their backs to suffocate them, but I've never tried it

could be days, or weeks. They'll stay until they're full. That repellent should be fine. I usually use Off:Deep Woods
