Masks are about anti fog and comfort. If the grillz fit the bill then why change? Once I find a mask I like it's hard for me to change brands.

I wouldn't make the change.

At least, not without trying it first. If you end up finding out the new eye is more comfortable than your grill, then sure. But there's no reason to get rid of your current mask if it works for you.

Me? I'll stick with my profilers. Only reason I'd make a change away from them is when I want to run a helmet camera (no good way to attach one to the profilers, which is true of most higher end masks like the grill or eye also).

speaking of the Profiler... I've had mine for years, and love it. But I can't seem to find a good lens anymore. The one that came with it lasted for 3 years, but this year alone I've gone through 2. I've been playing significantly more, but still, it seems like the quality is dropping. Where do you get your lenses?

Just got to know where to look. I usually buy mine when I'm ordering something else paintball related, and pick a place that has the other stuff I want.

I've had good experiences with both of these companies.

I haven't noticed any quality difference. My newest lens has gone almost a full year now, but I barely got to play this year too. I also have one in reserve already still new in packaging to replace the current one.

I currently have Events, flexes, filers, grills, and i3's. Its all about comfort. It sounds cliche but the biggest thing is trying one on.

I always wonder how people buy shoes online.

Best price I've ever found online for Profiler lenses is Compulsive Paintball... it's pseudo-local to me so I support it when I can.

On topic: Ghost is right, it is cliche but also true - gotta try it on. I've read where guys think the Eyes felt great & others didn't care for them at all. They do look sick but if they feel like crap on your face then looks won't matter. As Thalion wrote, if the Grills are working for you, why change?

You bought the brand, not my allegiance.
