To really answer your question we need to know if you will be running remote or carrying on gun? Will you have access to a fill station between games or will you need to have enough air for the day on one fill?

I would reccomend a 68/4500,dont get anything thats not carbon fiber.
if you go remote, you may want a bigger air system,or if your a big guy you may want a bit bigger tank.Im 6'2'' and i like using a 68/4500 or a 45/4500.
i dont know the efficency of the phenom, but if you play at a field with HPA fills you'll be fine, just dont carry more paint then you can shoot.

The size is dependent on a lot of factors including your size, whether you plan to run it on gun or via remote, and your access to air fills. Carbon fiber tanks are usually 4500 PSI and will carry more air with less weight, they are a little more expensive though.
CI stands for cubic inches. It is the area of the tank. The larger the CI the more area and the more air it can hold.
another thing i was wondering, what are the main differences between nitrogen and hpa? with the x7 high or low output? i'm looking for tanks on amazon right now so thats the selection im choosing from btw.
Nitro, compressed air and HPA are the same thing. You will want a high output tank for pretty much every gun out there. I'd also suggest a good brand such as Crossfire, Ninja, or Guerilla Air.
Now lets get to size, personally I wouldn't go over a 70/45(a shorter rounder tank) unless I was running exclusively remote. So I'd either go with a 70 or 68/45.
