I'll be rollin in Red let the hunt begin.................Never know what you're likely to find kreepin around the woods or find you..
Looks like quite the turn out this year for sure.

Good to hear that you'll make it. When you get there stop by the OK Company/Irregulators camp and find me....I'll have a marker that you'll want to hold and play with a bit.

Well, my wife is really looking forward to going to Oregon. So, unless there is some unforseen tragedy, I am formally announcing my attendance!

So, I'm from Michigan were we hold the Michigan Monster game...

I've always played on the Red team back home, but I was wondering if there is any real difference in the teams over here in the west. You see, I plan on going back to Michigan some day and if they hear that I played for a yellow team the Reds might ostracize me.

So, is there any characteristics I should be aware of?

(You know, Tippmann vs. everyone else, long standing rivalries, winning/loosing streaks, etc...)

There is always rivalries going on but nothing too longstanding. Everything is relatively equal on both sides. But the red side is better IMO

Not sure which side yet. I'm waiting to hear from Dan regarding a couple of things. I should know soon.

Glad to hear you're coming Moati... we'd love to see you guys on the Red side with us.

I wish I could say there's been a long standing rivalry with battle lines drawn, but the truth is there are a lot of great teams playing on both sides. Reaper from ACI has been the winning general for the past 3 SuperGames, but this year he's handed the reigns over to Inferno from Blacksheep on the Red side. Murdoc from OK Company is taking his first shot at generalling for the Yellow side. Whoever wins, and whatever side you play for, it should be epic... just more so if you're playing on the Red team :P

Ah, I see.

Just so you know what its like where I'm comming from...

Every year that I've gone to the Michigan Monster Game nearly the entire brigade goes red (98/100). The day of lines are are usualy three hours long to get into red team and five minutes or open countered on yellow. One year the manager even started to offer deals to get more people to swap sides, but it was all for nothing. Maybe twenty uncomitted reds swapped over to yellow.

So yeah, maybe its good that I see some non armband-racism between reds and yellows for a change.

from what i understand the game promoter won't let that happen.

i've been told that signing up on a team is a request to join that team and you might get put on the opfor. however, he does try to keep peeps together.

what fun is a lopsided game?

if you're going to go lopsided all the PB tanks go on yellow.
