I just got an Ion for christmas and i saw in the manuel that the ion can use CO2 if it has anti-siphon installed on it, but i have also seen that it can still damage your gun. Can it still damage my gun at all?

Yea you should save for a HPA tank. Of course, its cheaper to invest in one instead of $200 for a new gun.

Yes it can still harm your marker since liquid CO2 can still easily enter the marker even with an Anti-siphon attached. With the flat ASA one simply needs to aim slightly downward to make the "top" of the tank the "bottom".

if you have to play with C02, make sure to fire slower, as high speeds wont let the C02 expand, and damage or destroy the noid.

Their is no point to shoot the gun without an anti-siphon, it will ruin the gun.

Did I ever say anythign about anti-siphon? No

Even with anti-siphon, which is > plain C02 bottle you have to do what I said, to keep C02 out of your gun.

You can use c02 on your ion. You can also jump off a bridge.

I dont recommend either of those though.

Using co2 will almost guarantee that you blow or mess your noid up and there are all other complications that come with using co2 just try to save for an hpa tank.

Peace,
UWANNAGO
