I just want a vest that can hold pods and a tank, and some other stuff, but mainly 140 round pods. I dont wanna use the belt because it slips, and idk....I wanna use a vest because it distributes the wheight more evenly.

the best keeps it from slipping, i have never had teh belt move, and i dont even notice it when its on, without the belt the vest would move around a lot more

Rawd, all cops vest can fit 140's. well actually they all can fit dye locklid 160's. I hear they also fit q pods with ease too. And i agree with Chibbs, get a belt. It will make the weight balanced. Your whole body absorbs the weight, rather than just your shoulders. The vest becomes part of you.

I apologize if this is a simple question, but shouldn't a sniper vest be free of pouches on the front. Are the 4 pouches attached to the Broadsword removable?

the 2 bottom ones are
so the only pouches that would be on are the radio pouch, and the id/larger pouch

The pockets are made of a really durable fabric, though I am not sure what it is, maybe a canvas type thing.

1000D Cordura. The same fabric used to make real bdu's and such. Robert at Cops911 uses only the best. That stuff is damn near impossible to rip or tear. THese vests can take a beating.

sounds cool.
