This sounds like your low on pressure which would cause your Rear Bolt to not slide back far enough to get caught on the Sear. This could come from an empty tank(but yours is full) or blocked air line. It could also be that your Rear Bolt or Sear is worn out. I'd recommend examining your Rear Bolt and Sear for any wear or damage and inspecting your air lines.

do you have another trigger frame to put on it? If the same occurs with another trigger then the problems in your sear or bolt set up.

If he rips my arms off, I'll kick him to death.
If he rips my legs off, I'll bite him to death.
If he rips my head off, I'll stare him to death.
And if he gouges my eyes out, I'll curse him from beyond the grave.

Loose casing screws.

Worn sear/rear bolt.

O-ring on rear bolt worn. Not blowing back enough to catch the sear.

Worn/missing sear spring.

Bad or bent trigger switch.
