Has anyone else ever fantasized about a Dragunov kit for the X7? I mean, it should be pretty simple to make with the right equipment... I just don't know anyone with such equipment. And I'd rather buy from SO, anyways. You know, customer loyalty and all... Any thoughts? Can anyone make it?

A former so employee did create a one-off a few years ago for his a5. The thing w/ so is that they've never really been a milsim company, they've always been about mods that make sense. I know MO is trying to get the hardgoods production up & going again but I can't imagine them doing too much milsim specific marker kits. If you're really interested in having someone else produce one for you then look to Engler customs... or hope opsgear comes out w/ a kit.

Do you know if AirH0g is still modding? I've seen some of his stuff; he is AMAZING. He could probably create an eighth wonder of the world with a modified SVD kit...

Check out scenario arms. They have a mod for that.

I don't think he is, but don't quote me on that. Check the A5 & X7 og's to see if he's active on either of them, but honestly I don't remember the last time I've even seen him post anywhere. Of course I only browse A5 a couple times a week & rarely check X7, so he may be more active in either of those places than I realize.

EDIT: holy cow, good call CD - I had completely forgotten about him.

It was funny because I was looking at the mod earlier today thinking how cool it would be.
