Red Dawn Scenario Game by 608th Recon

Americans vs. Russians/Cubans

This is the 608th Recons adaptation of the awesome Patrick Swayze movie RED DAWN

Date: September 26, 2010
Place: Apocalypse Paintball, Poynette, WI

Time: 8:00 registration
10:00 game start
$15 Entry Fee
$5 of every entry fee will be donated to the Wounded Warriors Fund.

(4) 1 hour game segments
Lunch Break

Game awards:
Winning Team (General receives award)
MVP (1 per team w/ reward)

"AMMO" blocks will be located all over the field worth 1 pod, full of paint, and points for your team!
Gift certificates will be given away at the end of the day to each teams MVP.

Not to be evil critical here in this statement but Posting this game info the day before the event makes it impossible for me (who liked the idea of this event) to makes plans and cancell work and abandon everything to make it.


At least two weeks if not a month before would be a better time to make this kind of announcement.

Ya sorry about that, was going through my checklist for the game.. and realized I never posted on Spec Ops! Well, the game went well, everyone had a good time. My team, 608th recon, will be hosting another scenario next year, and I will be sure to post the info weeelllll ahead of time.
