A double trigger for a 98 isn't really neccesary, the trigger pull is too hard so it doesn't really have a purpose, although I have one and I like it because its really just an extension of the trigger and its just comfy for me. It really comes down to comfort on this one because there isn't any use for a double trigger on a 98.

The 98c, being a mechanical marker, will not sustain increased performance because of the double finger trigger modification. The double finger trigger is effective on electric markers where you can make use of the incrediably light trigger pull. If your brother wants a higher ROF, save up and get the response trigger, I love mine and swear by it.
