There is a guy that I'm talking to with Spyder MR-1 (not the electronic version) with everything needed to play....even 5 CO2 tanks, one needs an O-Ring. He is coming over in about 2 hours and I need to know what to look for in a used gun. I know about air leaks, broken parts, etc....But I am going to take the bolt out and inspect it for damage along with all the parts underneath where the bolt sits. What am I looking for on these parts?

basically leaks. Make sure you get a hopper fitting. Look for missing bolts and lose grip. For the tanks check the hydro date.

Slink pretty much got the important stuff. But it would help to know how much he wants for the stuff. I wouldn't even bother with a Spyder but that's just me.

Well I'm not buying it (not stealing either  ). I'm trading a Gamo P-23 CO2 pistol for it. He wants it and I want his stuff. One of the tanks do need an o-ring and how do I find the date on it?

for internals there should be a rubber ring...like an oring but thicker...inside the lower tube, this prevents the striker from slamming into the metal peice capping the lower tube...without it u could damage the marker
check the orings on the bolt and striker.

try checking youtube for review videos or tech videos on the marker, and like everyone said, check for leaks, test fire, and if you can open it up and check parts for wear.

A little late, but here's info on how to check tanks and the dates they need to be sent in to be re-hyro'd:
