Just so ya know, the compression barrel doesn't do anything to dampen sound. The Q-Bow will be quieter, easier to aim physically, and easier to aim instinctively just like a real rifle. Also, the Q-bow has a lower profile than the 98c, but it cannot hold as much paint. If money is no issue, buy the Q-bow. If money is an issue, buy the 98c.

Q-bow, for the simple fact that you may be able to upgrade a 98c to be close to an Automag (marker the Q-bow is built off of), the Automag overall is still going to be a better marker in the long run.

i dissagree with you all 98c all the way. way more upgradable then the q-bow. plus the flateline is a good barrel to put on it.

flatlines are great for range but dont have the best accuracy.

Heard of the Apex? Same flatline effect with a lot more range and a better accuracy.

Most of the mods for the 98c are cosmetic so if you want something that looks like a real assault rifle than by all means have at it. But for better prefformance the Tac-1, an Automag, or either of the bow's are going to be a lot better than the 98c.

The time and money it takes the 98 to be upgraded to be thought of on the same level as the Tac-1 you have paid more than 2, possibly 3 times what you paid for the 98 and probably could have just gotten a Tac-1 anyway.

This really is no compairison, the 98 is an alright marker to start with simply because they are easy to take care of and hard to break. However they don't have very good prefformance so most players move on once they have the money to simply because the 98 just doesn't have the ability to keep up with their skill.

I hear that if you sight in your flatline, you can get as many as 8/10 shots in a 6in diameter circle from atleast 100 yards away. I don't know any longbow statistics...Either gun will have a quick 'Mark on'. Since both can be outfitted with a stock (Duh) you'll be able to pull your gun up to 'mark' your enemy faster. Especially if you're a hunter like me. Ya get practice in there...

The only thing that would bother me about the Q-bow...Is the big bulky hopper. Give me a twenty round hopper any day, I don't mind reloading...Atleast it's not the shape of an overly large milk jug gone wrong. @.@;;; But some people like it...They use it for a horizontal foregrip instead of the vertical foregrip that comes with the AGD. It'd take some getting used to. I use an A-5A2 just so I can play multiple positions myself (We're a small team in a small rural area.)

Whatever feels right, I guess. If you get the Q-bow, PM me on how it turns out, eh?

Find me the person that told me that, and I will show you an idiot. A 6 inch diameter is a circle about as wide, as your keyboard is deep. I am not sure if an AK47 can get that accuracy.

Assuming you mean FEET though, that is pretty believable. Most decent barrels get that accuracy.

o.O You must have a very tall keyboard...Mine's only one inch tall. Diameter means straight across, doesn't it? Radius is half ways...Yes?...Well. I'll try to find the topic. I think it was in Sniper HQ...

You missed the whole point of his post, the only barrel ever thinking of making it to 100 yards would be the apex. And with that your lucky to hit a sheet of 4x8 ply wood since paintballs are that accurate. He was simply using a little bit of sarcasm. And he is right, if someone claims 6" diameter at 100 yards they are either an idiot...or don't know how to measure things.

For an idea of a 6" diameter circle take a standard pen...you know something like a Bic or whatever standard office pen. Find the center, and spin the pen around the circle. That is a circle of about 6", now take that circle, and move it out a full football field away from you since that is 100 yards and you will see the absurtity of that claim.

With a flatline properly tuned and with proper posture (marker pointing strait up...no tilting either direction) you may get a 6" circle at 100' (FEET for those that don't know) but that is going to be mostly luck. Again, take the pen, spin around the center, and move it out 100'...a fairly good shot with a rifle...and a nearly impossible shot with a paintball marker unless you really know what yoru doing and get lucky.
