Sorry this may be a noob question but what advantages would you get with doing these two mods on a gun shooting air? I thought these mods were for co2 shooting guns? Please explain I am new to the sport (2 years with an A-5) and would like to learn more!
Thanks
Greg

Well to start you off, this thread should answer a lot of questions:

Tippmann Low Pressure Kit, a.k.a the Comp-Air System, a comprehensive post

But the main reason that I did it was to have more range of adjustment for getting my velocity up while using a flatline. Also, having a lower pressure helps a bit with making the flatline a little less picky when it come to paint.

Ok that makes sense to me I always did have problems trying to get my flatline to stop shredding paint after I read you are supossed to run it at i thnk it was 260 to 265 fps I just have not gotten the chance to try it out again thans for the help I will check out the link

ok I went thru all the info on the other page and it was very informative but since I am not sure about using my flatline again(completely disastorus my last trip out) I am unsure if it is worth the money maybe this will be a good mod for the off season thanks for all your help!
