I heard they are coming out with one. Cadbury is getting into paintball manufacturing.

...... How do they get the paint into the Caramilk ball?

(Do I really have to dodgy that one?)

Yes, is it possible to make seamless paintballs and they should fly much better due to the lack of a seam. A quick search of the US patents comes up with a 2006 patent (#7134978) from a Taiwan group which uses the same technique that I first saw used by a Harvard research group to perform micro-encapsulation of medications (they have a spin-off company that makes fake caviar...yes, there is a market). Not to toss around big words, but the technique is controlled emulsification, i.e. controlled encapsulation of an oil or fat where the relative surface energies cause one liquid to coat drops of another liquid. The coating liquid in this case is a "plastic" that hardens to becomes the shell of the paintball. It is a very elegant technique that should be very cheap to manufacture paintball, so I do not know why it has not become the industry standard.
