Hi fellow marksmen. It has been a while since I've been active on this forum. I wish to show my primary marker. It's a cci phantom with a modified 45 grip giving the L stock a lower profile and a tactical feel. Eventualy I plan on putting some camo tape and a sight of some sort on it. But it works just fine as it is.

No way. I just got mine, go get your own. lol. Seriously, you should buy one. Everyone was always telling me how playing pump makes the game more challenging, but I had 8 eliminations my first time using it. The marker is so easy to handle it more than makes up for its low capacity. And from my experience pumps are not as slow as some people think they are. You can still launch enough rounds to keep people behind bunkers if you need to.

This is my pump compromise...Posted Image

Its an old Brass Eagle Stryker that I converted into a pump...I knew that I wouldn't be buying one anytime soon, so I decided to make myself a pump :)

The dropout valves are great. The weather was a bit chilly and I was getting about 30-35 shots. I was a bit concerned about the shot consistancy though. Is it normal for the velocity to fluctuate +-20 fps with a 12g? Does my phantom need to break in?

No, those are common fluctutions. The combination of paint size, detent rings and co2 from a tiny reserve all contibute to the numbers you are seeing.

And yes...pump does make you a better player.
