I would like to know what you people think the best sniping mod is. My personal opinion is any type of camo. Without this I don't think theres any point to try sniping. You don't have to agree with me.

Whats your opinion?

The site does sound pretty important. As far as the type of site I don't think it realy matters. But this will definitely help with stealth so your not shooting more than needed. (Plus it can eventualy save you money).

That would be just fine depending on the type of marker. If its a blowback I would also recomend making your air sorce more consistant.

What i think are the basics to a good sniping mod

#1 Paint to barrel match ( I find Marbs and a .688 barrel bore to be great)
#2 Good Barrel, no not some 22" one, I have a 14" and a 10" from J&J, good length plus a shorter one for CQB if needed
#3 Camo; from this on, pretty much everything is less important. I've been paintballing for a good few years now and i still use my stock A-5 sight
#4 Stock; Easier to line up shots plus the ability to steady your shot better
#5 Sight; I dont use one but if i would get one it would be a decent red dot sight, NO scopes guys, unless you use it for recon but mount it on the side of a red dot sight then.

Kinda what i go by, just a basic guideline in my opinion i guess.
Tippmann A-5 -- Proto Switch EL -- DXS 48/3000 HPA -- OPSGEAR Remote -- Woodland BDU's -- Pitcanny Tri-Rail -- Leapers Foregrip
Whether helping my team take a hill, a new player with equipment failure, or helping you to the dead zone.
I hear the call to service and I answer: I am an Operator.

I agree with you. And I belive iron sites are just as good as red dot sites. But red dot sites are provobly easier to use. And In addition to a barrel upgrade (depending on the type of marker) a regulator or nitro tank could come in handy.

I totaly agree with you man. I good paint to barrel match is always important and should be look at. it you dont have a good match then you will be very inaccurate.
