not as durable, but u only shoot them once anyway? At a scenario u shoot a rocket and odds are its gone.
Now who wants to shoot an $8 vortex rocket and not get it back. Thats like an $8 grenade. Pretty rediculous IMO.
I like and use the Gorilla Rockets, and i wouldnt use them if they werent good.
They will also be the rocket of Choice in our Scenario Paintball Tank PRIMAL FEAR. (debut for the tank is October 28th, Battle For Berlin, Skirmish USA)

$8 for a pocket vortex? I just picked up 4 from Target for $3 each. The Gorilla Rockets seem like a good alternative though...

Hey guys,

Never done business with this company. But I have used these rockets. So for something unbiased:

Lucked up and got a supply from Big Lots last summer. They are as hard to find as Vortex rounds, which Family Dollar Store usually carries.

Anyway, They are harder foam, but liter weight. They fly pretty well. Depending on how hard your cannon shoots and the distance to target, they may break a bit quicker than a Nerf round. I do recommend these rounds as an alternative to Nerf rounds if you cant find them. Just watch your distance to target or you will not get alot of use out of them.

And just me, I label my rockets. I write Jester on them. You will be amazed how many will be brought back to you. And normally I tend to wath where my rounds go, 1. to adjust for the next shot if I miss, and 2. to see where my rounds go, so I can collect them. You fire ten to fifteen shots a game, that is $20 to $30 dollars gone if you dont go get those rounds. It's like my paint pods, that is money waisted if you dont pick them up!
