Now, we need to work out how to make a Imperator titan. or maybe just a warhound. I'm not picky.

;)

You could probably build an Imperator, but you'd have to make it stationary...

but that'd be no fun.

Besides that, How would you arm a Paintball titan? I mean.... yeah.

A warhound is more practical anyhow. After reading titanicus, it's what I'd want to be a princeps of anyway.
We rode on the winds of the rising storm,
We ran to the sounds of the thunder.
We danced among the lightning bolts,
and tore the world asunder.

Yeah, I don't think it's feasibly possible to build something that huge and heavy to move around on a paintball field. Too much liability. You're right, it would be pretty boring.

... ... ...Grenades?

I'd rather comandeer a furioso dreadnaught than a titan. The dreadnaught is fully sealed and able to survive the first wave of a virus bombing.

To Iron Man: You definitely have to link us to a video.

lol once i get it video worthy, i will. rigt now we're still sizing and ballasting the frame so it is balanced and able to allow me to walk.but if you kind of imagine the thing from aliens where ripley get in and throws the queen alien outa the space ship, then you get a little idea of what mine'll look like. minus the huge arms. lol. but once it is completed and we're ready to tease the world, trust me, its on.

i assure u all, this is not a prank, a stunt, or a hoax. we are building it, it is coming. the prototype might not have many extras that were mentioned earlier, but thats because of the tight deadline for unveiling, the 15th of november. i doubt even the army could come up with a working prototype in that much time. lol. but the first mod im looking at adding after the debut is the spring actuated feet... aka the robot style moon shoes. 8 pogo sticks bolted to plates, and then attached to the feet of the mech. hopefully the added springyness will allow me to move alot faster and smoother. we shall see.

but once we get the project a little further in its construction, possible during weapon or mobility tests, we'll leak a video. :)

So's a titan. Dies irae Was on istvaan III when it was hit by the virus bombs, the crew survived and fought again on terra and then on the cadian front for chaos.

and it'd have to be a lot of grenades. I suppose though, that you could make some sot of Massive, Belt fed saboted grenade system and call it a vulcan mega bolter... You'd have to make two though, for a warhound.

Dude, I don't know what to think. So many questions, so little time. I'm not about to call "shens" because I've seen some of your other "getups" - but this one... geez! I'll have to "see it w/ my own eyes" to believe it (will check back for pics at a later time).

In the end - I really hope you pull this off!

Edited to add: and if i did a titan, someone else would have to make a different titan...'cos we all know no infantry can hope to do anything of significance to an engine

Oh, yeah. The Dies Irae DID survive, didn't it? That book was as far as I've gotten so far in the Horus Heresy, and it never really specifies the fate of the Dies Irae. I'm following the Ciaphas Cain series right now...

Or you could just have a massive paint tank and a sprayer. That might work...

Ok curiosity is boiling my brain... both the MadCat and the ED209 designs feature reversed "bird" knees.
How are you going to pull that off cus I'd love to work that into a Halloween idea?

southeast brigade patches coming soon! Archanglmikel's feedback

the bird knees are a key feature to our design. they will feature a small array of automotive actuators and geometrically at ergonomically satisfiable angles. but yes the bird legs come for free. lol. we will be taking a small photoshoot this week, and hopefully hope to have it posted this weekend. i will put it on youtube as a slideshow with music, and some editings. :) .

40 cubic feet? Dang. You should put a Viking on that thing somewhere. That would probably be enough air to shoot maybe 10 cases through a Viking .
