You're assuming they're the same company or something. Just because the names are similar (the order of the number and "X" isn't even the same), doesn't mean the two are related, save by the sport. Sure, the founder WAS the executive editor of PB2X, but that don't mean anything.

This is my sig. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My sig is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. My sig, without me, is useless. Without my sig, I am useless. I must type my sig true. I must spell better than my enemy who is trying to judge me. I must type before he ridicules me. I WILL... My sig and I know that what counts in this forum is not the rounds we fire, the noise of our burst, nor the splatter we make. We know that it is the hits that count. WE WILL HIT... Before the Admins, I swear this creed. My sig and myself are the defenders of my forum. We are the masters of our enemy. WE ARE THE SAVIORS OF MY PROFILE. - Tippmann Owner #pi

to the dedicated forum members that keep an ever vigilant eye on this fine digital and non tangible place in an effort to keep it clean and safe for all others to see:

stop freakin spammin the report button on this one, its all kosher* and good, in fact you should probally pay attention to this mag since issue number 1 is going to have a special centerfold of someone very close to the well being of this forum.
*never really got the meaning of kosher, good pickle but otherwise im lost
i wont say who but i will share this little bit of info, tanlines will be shown (no they wont, you should really know better than to believe my nonsense)

anyway this site does show potential so maybe give it a chance
only bad thing i can think about is that this JAmodea guy is a giants fan, but lets not try to hold that against him.

Btw 1-I, Kosher comes from Kashrut, meaning "fit" (as in fit to eat) in Jewish law. Basically, it's okay. :P I had to read The Chosen in english class. :P

Hmm... Mr. Jamodea, what will be the primary focus of this new magazine? Speedball and tourneys, Woodsball and scenarios, gear and reviews?

Lawdamighty, is the real John Amodea posting here on specops?
Who's next? Renee Bouchard?
Maybe Jerry Braun or Jeff Perlmutter?

I still have issues of Paintball Consumer Reports International in my archive. I'm sure that any publication advocated by someone of Mr Amodeas' reputation will be nothing less than an unqualified success.

For some reason, the page doesn't want to load for me. Is the site down?

Hello all,

I'll try to answer most of the questions. PB2X's parent company filed bankruptcy and I have no access to the former subscriber list. So the short answer is there's no much I/we can do about that. But, I may be able to offer a special subscription deal to Spec Ops' forum users...

The focus of the magazine is in our logo... Gear, Woods, Competition. Meaning, we're covering tournaments, scenario and equipment with equal gusto. If you keep an eye on our portal, www.paintballx3.com you'll see that as we add articles all day long, they will represent all of those segments of the game. Once the season starts we'll be doing a lot of scenario game coverage. Any interested writers here?

Did someone say Paintball Consumer Reports? :-)

Thanks for the nice words. It's much appreciated. Please feel free to contact me anytime about anything through the contact forms at our site (or right here).

TTYL

John
