The link is coming up as "bad request" for me.
Generally speaking, the starter kits are pretty decent at getting you started players. The biggest downside to them is that they come with really inferior masks. A mask will be the single most important piece of gear, if it fogs or is uncomfortable everything else including your day of paintball suffers as a result. Personally, if it's at all possible I really recommend trying to save up a little more so you can get some nicer gear. Markers sold new for under $100 are generally very poor in quality and performance. They work well enough out of the box, but they suffer from reliability issues after use as the cheap parts they contain begin to wear prematurely.
If you're looking at getting something for cheap try looking at getting deals on places like eBay or Craigslist. Many times you can find players that are selling their entire setup and you can get and entire package for far less than the pieces would cost individually.
For an example, After just searching for a couple minutes I found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/paintball-marker-tippm...1QQcmdZViewItem
All together the items are worth well over $300. The marker itself a 68 carbine is excellent and should last you a several years. Even the mask is good - just be sure to replace the lens.
