Buying a longbow, and am very curious as too which barrels people have tested and tried on their longbows. Or if you have friends that have longbows and swear by a certain kind lemme know B)

I bought the complete Spec Ops AGD Longbow, but it doesn't say exactly which barrel it comes with..so for the sake of being out of luck when I get it, I'd rather buy a good barrel now instead of later hehe.

well if you are looking for something thats quiet and accurate I'd go with a stiffi.

It's light (layered carbon-fiber), very very quiet and from what I've heard pretty accurate.

have to agree on the stiffi
played with 1 once and those things are nice
but be carefull with paint selection when playing stiffi
cheap paint breaks quickly in them

The most Accurate? wait for the barrel test results from MANN, he is testing over 40 diffrent kinds of barrels with an automag.

He say's he uses a Ti longbow barrel after the test so that might be the barrel of choice.

Personaly I use a powerlyte scepter kit, and a DYE Ti boomstick.

Double vented Palmer's Brass Barrel. Best there is. I use it on my E-Mag. That, coupled with quality paint such as Marbs, makes my marker ridiculously accurate.

But remember, the most accurate marker in the world won't do you any good if you're not accurate.

deadlywind carbon fiber it uses all the CF benefits of a stiffi but uses Freak inserts to give you barrel kit accuracy. This thing rocks socks, but is a really expensive barrel and people love them, so good luck finding one....

get a 16" Deadly Wind Whisper/Fibur barrel with a freak insert kit, that's the only barrel i'd suggest.
