The Apex shoots the farthest, minus the best accuracy and quietness. The C-series should be quieter and more accurate. Take your pick, because you cannot have both.

Actually, you can. You take the Apex tip off and mount it on the C-series.

Yea, put the Apex on the Stiffi C-Series for a sweeeeet barrel. Stret did that. I don't recommend a barrel any longer than a 12" because the Apex Adds 3".

actually, i PM'ed stret about how he did it, and he told me that the barrel the Apex tip was on was a normal Stiffi, not C series.

im in the works of getting a part made up so i can mount a C series withan apex tip, it will be great :D -drummer

OK. Once you get your C-series let us know how it goes. It looks like the Apex would go right on it. It looks like you could use the threads on the tip of the barrel as the locator/ mounting ring for the Apex. Let us know.

I would like to see more details if you get that adapter working. I currently have my Apex on a 16" C series using the tape mod. I noticed that after a while the front O ring dried up. maybe from the friction of the tape? oh well. and adapter would be cool.

Looks complicated  Better patent that quick before SmartParts gets a hold of it.

Seriously though, it would be nice to know if they are compatible in stock config.

If you're looking for stealth, the C-series would be good. However 18" is excessive. Go for 12-16" if you can. 12" if you're going to put the Apex tip on it, since as DVLCHLD said, it adds some length to the barrel. The Apex gives you range at the price of some accuracy, and the barrel that the Apex comes with isn't very good. Putting an Apex on a C-series gives you quiet and accurate when you want it, or quiet and long range if you turn on the Apex.
